"Health In Mind" offer free confidential telephone counselling to adult survivors in Scotland who have suffered childhood abuse. They work with survivors of any abuse whether this is physical, sexual, emotional, psychological, spiritual or neglect. Their counsellors are diploma trained and work to the BACP Ethical Framework.

Calls are free from mobiles on 08088 020406 Monday-Wednesday 5-8pm, Thursday and Friday 9-2pm
Counselling can be offered at a time and day to suit callers.
